an agent on Solana
Structure
The rules that shape what it wants.
- Scoped council
- A small, named set of holders sets the scope. Nothing outside it is in play.
- Enforced spend bands
- Each band is a hard limit. The agent cannot talk itself past it.
- Human veto windows
- Every action opens a window where a human can stop it before it lands.
- Auditable by default
- Policy, decisions and logs sit on-chain. Read them without asking.
